At Himol Herbonics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

❗ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Herbal, Ayurvedic, health & wellness products
  • Personal care products once opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery

These restrictions are in place for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Product packaging damaged not due to our error
  • Items missing parts for reasons not caused by Himol Herbonics
  • Any item returned in a condition different from how it was delivered

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
